An Ofsted rated Good primary school in Erdington is currently looking for an excellent Year 6 Teacher to join their team in October 2019. This is a full time, long term role for 2 terms on a supply contract due to a maternity absence. This role pays up to £178 per day depending on your experience and suitability for the role.

*Hold QTS Status and have completed your NQT and RQT Year
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Have at least 2 years of experience working in KS2

*Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the role:
This OFSTED rated 'Good' Primary school is currently looking for an experienced Year 6 Teacher who has a deep understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum. You must be a committed practitioner who has a passion for supporting children within this age group. Within the KS2, you will be amongst experienced Teachers and support staff who will offer a strong support network in this role

As one of the schools Year 6 Teachers you will be responsible for a class of 27 children and you will have the full support of an experienced Teaching Assistant. You will be responsible for the long-term planning and delivery of lessons as well as parent's evenings. You will also be encouraged to take responsibility for extracurricular clubs throughout the school.
