The Role - Welfare Officer - Camden, North West London:
*Safeguarding and first aid experience is essential and additional opportunities to develop in a safeguarding capacity across the wider school are available for the right candidate.
*In this key role you will be the main point of contact at reception for all student health and well-being enquiries, therefore experience undertaking first aid is key, as well as a valid first aid certificate.
*As the first point of contact on the student reception you will be comfortable with cooperating with a wide range of internal and external groups, whether it be parent queries, students or paramedics.
*You will work closely with the Senior Assistant Principal and Designated Safeguarding Lead, supporting case load management.
*The successful candidate will acquire a calm persona and be equipped to deal with potential pressured situations such as first aid or safeguarding emergencies.
