This brilliant, high achieving school in the heart of Greenwich is keen to appoint a bright, ambitious candidate to work with a year 1 boy with autism and speech language and communication difficulties. The role requires you to have confident, clear communication skills as well as a dynamic, professional approach. You must be committed for the academic year and demonstrate an interest in developing your career in education.

The role will involve:

*1-1 support for a year 1 boy with autism
*Work alongside the KS1 team to plan and prepare engaging, fun sessions for small groups of learners that need additional support

*This role is 5 days week and will be due to start immediately to continue for the full academic year. July 2019

To be considered for the KS1 SEN Teaching assistant, supporting pupil with Autism,

You must;

*Have previous experience working in a primary school.
*A team player - someone who works well with teachers, pupils and parents
*Demonstrate commitment, dedication and resilience
*Have an ability to manage sometimes challenging behaviour
