Tradewind Manchester is currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Year 1 Teacher, to join an outstanding and successful school in Lymm, to start in February 2020. This is a full time, long term role, with the potential of a permanent contract, paying up to £150 a day.

To join us and be successful in this Year1 Teacher role, you will need to:
*Hold QTS Status or QTLS
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

We are recruiting for a Year 1 Teacher on behalf of a small 2 form entry Primary School, which caters for students from 4-11 years old.
This School is a Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School in Trafford, Greater Manchester. Being a Church School means that they aim to serve our community by providing an education of the highest quality with the context of Christian belief and practice.
Children come into this School with a wealth of knowledge and experiences. It is the Headteachers aim to ensure these are built on and promote an enthusiasm and willingness to learn more. The staff believe that children do their best when home and school work closely together. Through their Christian ethos the school aims to cater for all child, all family and the community. After visiting this school, it was clear that the school had a nice welcoming feel in which the staff and pupils were friendly and helpful. The corridors and classrooms were covered in colourful displays highlighted the creativity and enthusiasm the teachers have in making this school the most fun and engaging learning environment for the pupils.

About the role
This OFSTED 'Good' primary school is looking for a Year 1 Teacher who can deliver lessons across all subjects and has excellent behaviour management. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT.

The role itself will involve the delivery the KS1 National Curriculum to a Year 1 class. Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure that the lessons they deliver are of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches, ensuring that the students are having fun whilst making progress!

As a Year 1 class teacher, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers and support staff who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations, plus:
· a well-equipped department with interactive white boards
