Our TEACHING Agency are working in partnership with a 3 form entry (3 classes in each age group) primary school in Tower Hamlets who promote Respect, Happiness, Growth, Hope and Motivation. This school is an all-time favourite with our candidates, largely because the school staff team are welcoming and the children are engaged learners!
The environment is diverse and multicultural with a great sense of community.

The successful candidate will be a great team player. You will further be required to plan, prepare and deliver schemes of work in line with the national curriculum. Much of the planning is done within the year 1 team. My client is looking for a very capable Year 1 specialist who has a strong grasp of teaching phonics.

The successful teacher must have:

* Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills
* The potential to develop others effectively and work as part of a team
* Highly reflective practices
* Creative and new ideas with an ability to translate them into inclusive practice
* High quality organisational skills
* Evidence of improving student outcomes
* Experienced Year 1 practitioner
