*This permanent position would suit a teacher who in committed to continually learning so that they provide the high standards for students to thrive in.
*Excellent subject knowledge is essential, and the successful candidate must be able to bring their passion and energy into every lesson that they teach.
*NQTs need to show evidence of improvement and responding to feedback throughout their training year, and experienced teachers need to show a positive trend of progress for the students that they have taught. There is the possibility of a TLR for experienced teachers and there may be the opportunity to lead a subject.
