This two-form Primary School is offering a permanent contract with Inner London pay scales from M1 ( 28660) - M6 ( £39006).
Situated in the heart of Barking and Dagenham, the school has been rated Good with Outstanding for leadership and management.

The school are looking for a Year 2 teacher with the following qualities:
*An engaging personality and teaching style
*Good classroom management
*Knowledge of curriculum and standards in Y2
*Good communication with parents
*High expectations of their students
*Passion for children and teaching

This is a great role for an experienced teacher to work alongside the phase leader to raise standards and attainment in Year 2. This is a settled Y2 class which will benefit from an experienced teacher with good behaviour management and heaps of energy!

The school is based in the Borough of Barking and Dagenham, one of London's largest boroughs with a great sense of community.
This is a richly diverse borough which supports a multicultural and transient population. Housing is affordable and the borough boasts large open spaces.

To join us and be successful in this Year 2 teaching role you will need to:
-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
