Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher (Year 2) - Whole 2024/25 academic year role starting 5th September - Potters Bar, Hertfordshire - £155 to £255 per day
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Year 2 Primary Teacher to join a small but vibrant Infants school located in the heart of Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. The school prides itself on its excellent behaviour and nurturing environment, providing a supportive and stimulating learning experience for all students.
The current class teacher is leaving at the end of July for maternity, leaving a settled class of 30 able children who are eager to continue their learning journey. The successful candidate will be expected to take full responsibility for the class for the whole of the following year.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS and have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Be passionate about providing engaging and creative learning experiences for young children.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be committed to providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
- Can work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Be enthusiastic and committed to their role as a Year 2 Primary Teacher.
In return, the school is offering a competitive daily rate of between £155 and £255, dependent on experience and qualifications. There is also a high chance of a permanent role being available for September 2025 for the right candidate.
