The Position:

The "Good" rated Primary School is looking to recruit an experienced Year 2 Teacher to work for one of our client schools in Bury. The position is to start in September 2019, but a transition week will be required by the school on the last week of this term. For the successful candidate the role will last until the end of the academic year.

The School:
The school is 2-form entry and has recently been rated "Good" by Ofsted. It is in Bury. The school has an aspiring Senior Leadership Team with high aspirations and clear vision have been instrumental in bringing about improvements to teaching and pupils' achievement since the last inspection.
This Bury primary school is a special place to learn and work. We have a strong and large staff team who are dedicated to wanting the best outcomes for all of their children. The staff work closely with our Children's Centre and extended services team to provide many opportunities for the whole family to become involved in school life. The school offers a range of after school provision including football, Makaton, sewing, rugby, Go Givers and cookery clubs to name a few.

The headteacher has an unswerving commitment to a child centred learning provision - the school offer many off site and innovative learning experiences so that the children learn actively and achieve to their potential. About You:
We are looking for an experienced teacher with a passion for education and for their own professional development. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running as part of a dynamic and forward thinking team and will have:
*Have an excellent understanding of how children learn and wants the best for every child in their class.
*Regularly reflected on their practice.
*Can support, inspire and excite learning in children.
*Have good organisation skills.
*Be able to create a safe and engaging learning environment
*Have an excellent knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum.
