Tradewind Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a brilliant school in Stockport (SK6). The position will be supporting the KS1 class and it is a long-term, full-time role with a competitive pay rate of £76 to £85 per day, subject to experience.

• Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Provide a CV with full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
• Have the legal right to work in the UK

The Role

You will be expected to offer excellent support to the Class Teacher, being able to help pupils with their classwork and across a range of learning activities. This is a crucial time in the children's learning journey and any experience working in KS1 classes or supporting children 1:1 would be very beneficial. You should be a charismatic and resilient individual who has interpersonal and good communication skills.
