***Primary Teacher - Year 3 - Maternity Cover starting September 2021

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of a wonderful Hertfordshire school. The full-time Year 3 Teacher role will cover maternity from September and last for a minimum of two terms but with a strong possibility of extension or a permanent opportunity. Upon successful appointment, you will be paid a competitive rate based on your experience.

This diverse and welcoming Hemel school are committed to ensuring parents and carers are actively engaged with their pupils learning. The headteacher is looking for a Year 3 teacher who will be able to build supportive relationships with families that will enhance the children's learning experience. As a maternity cover post the incoming teacher will take over a stable, high performing class who have excellent behaviour and enjoy learning. The school is looking for a Year 3 Teacher who is confident in their ability to take over the class with a minimum of disruption.

As one of the Year 3 teachers, you will be responsible for:

***Plan, teach and recap all teaching in preparation for exams
***Assess, track, and report on the pupil's attainment and personal development
***Encourage pupils engage with learning through targeted questioning
***Establish positive relationships with parents and carers
***Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for applicants who:
*Have Qualified Teacher Status and at least 2 years of teaching experience
*Is committed to providing creative and inspiring learning experiences
*Is motivated, energetic and fun!
*Has excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
*Has an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Has the right to work in the U.K
