Teaching Assistant required for a Year 3 class in an Ofsted Outstanding Manchester school.

The Position:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Year 3 Teaching Assistant to work for one of our client schools in Burnage, Manchester. The position is to start as soon as possible and will run for the rest of this academic year.

The Role:
The school are looking for an engaging, experienced, pro-active Teaching Assistant to support a NQT in a Year 3 class. You will be required to work with the class as a whole group - cover the class if needed; lead small group interventions and support pupils to help raise attainment.

To be considered for this position you must have; prior experience of supporting in Lower Key Stage 2, experience of delivering small group Maths and Literacy interventions, know how to engage pupils in learning, have a sound knowledge of the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum, work well as part of a team.
