THE SCHOOL:

This growing Bromley School only recently opened in September 2016, and in September 2018 the school moved into its new building which is close to the other schools it is affiliated with. The school is a two-form entry school for children aged 4-11 years old, and currently they have children in Reception through to Year 3.

THE ROLE:
*Year 3 TA role - working 1:1 with a boy
*SEN of the student: Autism (moderate) - Social, emotional and communication needs
*Behaviour of the students is good
*5 days a week, long term role until July 2020 (could be part time for the right candidate)
*The role is likely to go permanent at the school from next year
*Experience working 1:1 very desirable
*Half Day (unpaid) trial consists of introduction to SENCO and time with the child
*If successful with the trial, there may be an interview (40 mins) afterwards
*Location: Bromley
*Closest Station: Eden Park

All applicants for this long term and full time Year 3 Teaching Assistant role must have experience within KS2 and a strong understanding of the curriculum. The successful candidate must also be open to supporting students of all abilities and children diagnosed with SEN.

This Year 3 Teaching Assistant position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks. Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
