*This Year 4 NQT post would suit a Primary Trainee Teacher who is ambitious to progress their teaching career quickly amongst collaborative and supportive staff.
*The trainee must be engaging in the classroom and it is desirable that they have had experience in lower Key Stage 2 during their training year.
*The school likes NQTs who think outside the box and use their imitative in their classroom practice as well as who create interesting lessons which embed the learning for students.
*The school has a diverse intake, so it is desirable that the teacher has had experience teaching in an inner London school but this is not essential.
*It is essential that the NQT holds QTS and a strong and relevant degree from a good university.
