Year 4 Primary Teacher

***Negotiable rates of pay between £150 and £200 per day based on experience

***Covering a settled Year 4 class while the class teacher leaves for maternity

With an excellent reputation for helping students become confident learners this 'Good' Ofsted School finds itself oversubscribed on a yearly basis and due to an upcoming maternity leave is looking to appoint a Year 4 Teacher who will cover the whole of the summer term in the first instance. The class is a mixture of children from a range of backgrounds. They are well behaved and enjoy learning, but the school expects that there will be work to do in order to close any knowledge gaps created by the pandemic and home learning.

This school is a friendly and welcoming environment to all and would be a great option for a strong teacher who was keen to commit to one school for the summer term. Full support and development will be provided over the term!

As a Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for:
***Planning, teach and recap on all teaching preparation for exams
***Assess, track, and report on the pupil's attainment and personal development
***Encourage pupils engage with learning through targeted questioning
***Establish positive relationships with parents and carers
***Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for applicants who:
*Have Qualified Teacher Status and at least 2 years of teaching experience
*Is committed to providing creative and inspiring learning experiences
*Is motivated, energetic and fun!
*Has excellent communication skills, use of initiative and organisational skills
*Has an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Has the right to work in the U.K
