The School:
This is a two-form entry primary school located in Barnet in North London.
The school is seeking to appoint an experienced teacher who is enthusiastic and dedicated. The team has a new Headteacher, who is leading the drive to improve the quality of teaching and learning in this school. The school has always had a well-deserved good reputation and the Head and the team are determined to make this the case again.
You will be working closely with a newly qualified parallel year group teacher who will be mentored by the Deputy Head but because you will be working closely together with planning etc, you will need to be prepared to share ideas and advice.

The Head is seeking a teacher who:

*Has an organised and flexible approach
*Is able to identify the individual needs of children and focus on ways to help them reach their potential
*Has good behaviour management and who likes to run a fun, organised teaching environment.
*Is able to guide a newly qualified teacher

The salary on offer ranges from M1 (presently £28355) to M6 (presently £40035), outer London.

This will be a very exciting time to join the team and to be a key part of the change at the school.





To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
*Have full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications) and experience in a UK primary classroom
*Have taught in key stage 2
*Have a creative approach to teaching to inspire the children in your care
