About the Role - Year 4 Teacher - Croydon, South London

*This Year 4 Teacher post would suit a Primary NQT or someone who has only been teaching a handful of year. Experience is LKS2 is essential and it is highly desirable that if the applicant is an NQT, they have had placement experience in Year 4.
*In regards to character, the school is looking for someone who is ambitious and able to work well as part of a team. Bringing fresh ideas to the classroom and the school as a whole is highly desirable, but most importantly is the passion of education that the teacher holds.
*The Year 4 Teacher must be able to engage students in the classroom and use their experience in KS2 to plan suitably for students of all abilities to ensure progress.
*The school has a diverse intake, so it is desirable that the teacher has had experience teaching in an inner London school.
*It is essential that all applicants hold QTS and a strong and relevant degree from a good university.
