The role is to cover a maternity leaver and will start in January 2021, continuing until July 2021 and this is a full-time role. Salary will be in line with outer London main pay scale ( £29915 - £41136), depending on your experience.

The Role:
This is a 2 form entry school located in the East of Enfield borough.
The school is seeking an experienced teachers for a Year 4 class.
There is a lovely, busy atmosphere in the school. Year groups plan together each week, taking responsibility for planning a curriculum area.
Whilst behaviour at the school is good, the school is seeking teachers who are good classroom managers and are able to set clear boundaries and expectations in class. Children in the class respond well to organised teachers who engage well with the children and have a human side! You should be able to provide consistently good or outstanding teaching and be able to motivate and inspire children.
This is a school graded as "good" by Ofsted.

The school is well served by public transport and has staff parking available. This could be a good opportunity to become established in a great school, in case roles become available for September 2021.

Key Requirements:
You will need to be an experienced teacher, with recent Key Stage 2 teaching experience. You will need to be a very good communicator, adaptable and flexible and be able to identify areas where pupils need additional input, working closely with the class teachers. A team focus is a must!
