Tradewind Manchester is currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Year 4 Teacher, to join an outstanding and successful Primary School in Oldham, to start in March 2019. This is a full-time long role with the potential of a permanent contract paying up to £160.00 a day.

To join us and be successful in this KS2 Teacher role, you will need

*Legal right to work in the UK

About the School:
The general aims and philosophy of this Oldham Primary School indicate the fundamental importance of this being a Roman Catholic Voluntary Aided School, promoting a Catholic Christian community in which all are valued and encouraged to show care, concern and love for each other.

The school feels confident that they - staff, governors, parents and parishioners - will be able to work together for the benefit of your children in a spirit of mutual trust and understanding.

This is an outstanding school situated in Oldham where the pupils achieve well. From the Foundation Stage onwards the pupils make good progress and reach standards that are consistently above the national average. This stems from high expectations, from skilful teaching and from a curriculum that, along with many extra activities, enables the pupils to develop their talents. Provision for the pupils' personal development and well-being and for their care is a high priority for the staff and governors: it is an area of outstanding success. The pupils are very well behaved, keen and responsible. They enjoy school, as reflected in attendance that is well above average, and they learn the work habits and understand the lifestyle that should stand them in good stead for the future.

The teachers steer work in lessons well, but the pupils lack the individual targets that would tell them exactly what they need to accomplish next. The headteacher provides outstanding leadership and management. There is a great sense of common purpose in the school, with excellent relationships and teamwork that harnesses the considerable expertise and commitment of all the staff in their different roles.
