Are you an experienced Year 4 teacher looking to teach a stable class whose teacher is moving on in April due to a promotion? Would you like to teach in a large, Waltham Forest Primary School, that has been rated by Ofsted, as "Outstanding"? If so, Tradewind Recruitment would love to hear from you.

Long-term pay rates of between £140 - £180 are being offered, dependant on experience. There is also the opportunity to team teach and get to know the class before the teacher leaves in April.

This larger than average Primary School is housed over two sites in modern and bright buildings. It is very well-resourced; has a dedicated Music Room; Sport's Hall with state of the Art equipment and large playing fields.
The school employs specialist Music; PE and Art teachers to ensure that class teachers can focus their energy on ensuring that all children irrespective of their ability, are accessing the curriculum and making progress. The school uses a Creative curriculum to ensure that teachers have the autonomy and space to engage all the children in their class.
There is a lot of support in the school for new teachers and great career progression.

The school are looking for a Year 4 teacher with the following characteristics:
-Experience; presence and dedication to challenging a bright class of 8/9 year olds
-Confidence in delivery of the Primary curriculum
-The ability to work and plan independently
-Someone that is resilient and reflective on their own practice
-Willing to commit from April until July 2019

The school is surrounded by large playing fields and accessible by the North Circular. It is also on bus routes and 20 min from Central London.

Job Requirements
*Hold QTS status or equivalent Teaching qualification
*Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
*Experience of teaching Year 4
