*Teachers remain at the school for numerous years and tend to get promoted and take on additional responsibilities.

*The school is two form entry and you will share the planning with the partner teacher in your year group.

About the Role - Year 4 Teacher NQT - Hammersmith and Fulham, West London
*The Headteacher of this wonderful primary school is looking to recruit a bright, creative and hardworking Year 4 NQT who has been recognised to be either a 'Good' or 'Outstanding teacher during observations throughout placements.
*The teacher will need to be able to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons, deliver creative lessons and work in partnership with the parallel teacher to plan and assess.
*You would work in a class of 30 children and be supported by an experienced phased leader and a full-time TA.
*You would have access to CPD and training opportunities.
*The teacher will need to be committed to bringing in new ideas.
*You must hold QTS and have experience in placements in UK schools.
