The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience of successful primary teaching and the capacity to strengthen the Middle Leadership Team through an uncompromising focus on improving Teaching and Learning!

*Plan and prepare high quality teaching and learning materials that inspire and engage
*Be responsible for the attainment and progress of your class
*Use prior knowledge and assessment data to identify gaps in learning or where interventions are needed
*Have clear understanding of the needs of your class to account for good progress in EAL, SEN (including Gifted and Talented) children
*Work collaboratively with your colleagues and form good relationships with external agencies
*Regularly review the effectiveness of your teaching and assessment procedures
*As a leader, empower colleagues to achieve the best possible teaching and learning outcomes
*Be driven and determined to improve outcomes through best practice
