About the Role - Year 4 Teacher + TLR - Kingston Upon Thames, South West London

*Deliver an engaging and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of all learners
*Plan and prepare high quality teaching and learning materials that inspire and engage
*Be responsible for the attainment and progress of your class
*Use prior knowledge and assessment data to identify gaps in learning or where interventions are needed
*Have clear understanding of the needs of your class to account for good progress in EAL, SEN (including Gifted and Talented) children
*Work collaboratively with your colleagues and form good relationships with external agencies
*Regularly review the effectiveness of your teaching and assessment procedures
*As a leader, empower colleagues to achieve the best possible teaching and learning outcomes
*Be driven and determined to improve outcomes through best practice
