Exceptional Opportunity: SANZA Teaching Agency are currently working with a delightful, 3-form entry primary school in Harrow who are seeking a teaching assistant in year 4. 

The school is located between Northolt and Ruislip, great transport links from the Central Line (Northolt Station).

THE ROLE:

As a year 4 teaching assistant you will:

• Provide general classroom support to the class teacher
• Provide individualised support in class, helping students access learning materials and fully engage in activities
• Work with students in small groups and 1:1
• Support any students in the class that have additional needs
• Encourage and facilitate participation in classroom activities, promote social interaction, and support learning and development
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson materials and ensure they are accessible for the student
• Behaviour management- be able to employ strategies to address challenging behaviours, fostering emotional regulation and positive responses.
