About the Role:

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will collaborate closely with fellow Teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective classroom management and addressing the individual needs of each student. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering stimulating lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Assess how well learning objectives have been met and use them to improves specific areas of teaching.
  • Maintaining accurate records of assessments and providing targeted support to students who require extra assistance.
  • Having good subject knowledge.
  • Striving to excel as a classroom leader and expertly managing the learning environment.
  • Taking charge of your personal and professional development, actively contributing to the school's overall success.
  • Engaging in extra-curricular commitments, including parent's evenings and collaborative events with partner schools.

This role is a full time role 8:15am - 3:40pm, working Monday - Friday.
