Year 5 Teacher - RQT / Experienced

We're seeking a full time Primary Teacher, to start in January 2020 in a 2-form entry primary school in Manchester.

This is a full-time long-term role (which will last for the rest of the academic year). You will be paid to scale and this role will contribute towards your NQT year.

This is a fantastic 2 form entry primary school in the North of Manchester. This school recently received a 'Good' Ofsted inspection (2019) and is consistently oversubscribed. This school prides itself on its core values and believes that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. The school is ideally situated within 2 miles North of the city centre and is close to a number of transport links to and from the city centre.

As Year 5 teacher you will be expected to:
*Undertake full class teaching responsibilities for a Year 5 class
*Thoroughly planning lessons alongside the other Year 5 Teacher, making full use of resources.
*Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils, as well as their personal and social needs.
*Teaching a balanced curriculum and ensuring that each child fulfils his or her potential by providing high levels of teaching standards.

You will be working in a school with a solid reputation in North Manchester. This school prides itself on its culture and the relationships between children and staff. The school has forged strong bonds within the local community.

There is a strong leadership team which is spearheaded by an experienced head teacher with an outstanding reputation throughout Manchester.
