The successful Primary School are well known in the local community and oversubscribed each year. They are graded Outstanding by OFSTED. The school is set in a leafy quite area which is safe and family orientated. Staff and children all thoroughly enjoy attending school.
The School are looking for a Teaching Assistant with the following attributes:
*Experience working in Key Stage Two
*Experience supporting pupils who are disruptive in class
*Be flexible in working practices with the ability to know what to use initiative
This role will require you to work in a Year 5 class. There are a few disruptive children who require additional support and attention. You will be required to ensure the pupils are following the school's behaviour policy and focusing on class work rather than disrupting lessons. You will assist with differentiating activities to ensure it caters to individuals learning needs. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and can build a strong relationship with the pupils who require support.
The school is very easily accessible via the Northern Line.

To be considered for this position the school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working in a school setting.
The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks.
