Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Year 5 Teaching to join this 'Good' thriving Academy in Nottingham city centre. This is a full time supply role, that could lead to a permanent job for the right candidate. with a daily Salary of £50-£70 per day depending on experience.

This academy is larger than average, and is part of a large trust of schools, who provide continuous CPD and support. The current headteacher's outstanding leadership,
together with the good support of senior and middle leaders, plays a full part in promoting the academy's values and good practice in teaching to make this a 'Good School'

We are looking for:
* An experienced teaching assistant who can inspire the children
* Have a 'can do' attitude
* Can cover the class as and when required
* Take small groups of children, running boosters for Maths and English
* Support the class teacher with assessments and planning
* Have strong behaviour management
* Speaking an additional language would be an advantage, as the school has a high level of
EAL children.
* Be able to support children who are from varied disadvantages backgrounds

The role is as a teaching assistant in Year 5 full time, on a supply basis.

The school has plenty of on site free school parking, and is easy accessible on the local bus route

To join us and be successful in this Year 5 Teaching assistant role you will need to:

* Hold NVQ Level 3 status or equivalent support qualification
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have legal right to work in the UK
