The post is a general classroom teaching assistant post and the successful candidate will be working in Year 5. At times, the post may require the teaching assistant to work on a one to one basis or with small groups to provide intervention. These students may have been diagnosed with Autism.
The specifics:

*All applicants must have experience working in KS2 so that they have a strong knowledge of the curriculum
*A minimum of 1 years Teaching Assistant experience is necessary
*Interest in afterschool clubs and extracurricular activities is crucial
*SEN Autism experience 1:1 is highly desirable
*Applicants must be positive, hardworking and willing to support students of all abilities
*Working hours for this full-time role are 8.30-4.00pm
*This is a long-term role until the end of July 2020
*Pay Rates are £70-85 per day depending on experience

This Tower Hamlets Primary School is located within a 10-minute walking distance from Bow Church and Bromley-By-Bow Tube Stations, so there are easy transport links on the DLR, Hammersmith & City and District Lines. There is no parking at the school.
