The role will start imminently and will continue until July 2021 and this is a full-time role. Salary will be in line with outer London main pay scale ( £29915 - £41136), depending on your experience.

The Role:
*Seeking an experienced Year 6 teacher to work as a Booster Teacher and to take part in intervention work to give support to help raise attainment levels and standards.
*The three Year 6 classes will be split in the mornings and afternoons
*Mornings will be spent working with a small group of 10-15 pupils to help with English, reading and Maths
*In the afternoon, your focus will switch to intervention work for English, reading and comprehension.
*Planning will be done with the class teachers on a Wednesday afternoon after school.
Key Requirements:
*Experienced teacher required
*Recent Year 6 teaching experience needed and a very good understanding of the Year 6 curriculum.
*You will need to be a very good communicator
*Adaptable and flexible and be able to identify areas where pupils need additional input, working closely with the class teachers.
*A team focus is a must!

*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*Have recent Year 6 experience and a very strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum

*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
