We are currently looking for 2 strong secondary Teaching Assistants to work in one of our Secondary mainstream schools in Swindon. You will be expected to support KS3 & KS4 students on a 1:1 basis as well as a classroom setting. The students you will be supporting are mixed ability and with SEN so the Teaching Assistant will have to have experience adapting to each students needs. This role is starting in September 2020 on a long term basis 5 days a week, and would lead to a permanent contract for the right individuals.
You must be able to engage with the students and help them with their daily lessons. Having experience of working with children with SEND or behaviour would be preferred but not required.You will need to have gained GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade A-C as a minimum for this role.
