Part-Time Primary Teacher - Year 1 & Year 2 - Immediate Start Until Summer

Location: Warrington
Salary: £115 - £165 per day (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Part-Time (Monday, Thursday & Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced and passionate Primary Teacher seeking a flexible part-time role? Tradewind Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a supportive and friendly primary school that requires a committed KS1 Teacher to work three days a week until the end of the summer term.

The Role:

  • Year 2 class every Monday

  • Mixed Year 1/2 class on Thursdays and Fridays

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Assess, monitor and report on pupils' progress.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider KS1 team to ensure continuity of learning.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

  • Has recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally with Year 1 and Year 2.

  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and strong communication skills.

  • Brings creativity, energy and a nurturing teaching approach.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind).

  • Professional references to cover the last two years of employment.

  • Legal right to work in the UK.
