Pay: £100-£110 per day (PAYE)

Tradewind are working with a mainstream school in Leighton Buzzard that is seeking a Cover Supervisor for an immediate start, with both daily supply and long-term roles available.
The school supports a broad range of pupils, including those with challenging behaviour, so we're looking for someone with a calm, assertive presence and strong behaviour management skills.
You will be given the full support of the SLT but will need to be confident using a range of techniques to ensure a high standard of learning takes place daily.
This is a flexible ad-hoc role that may lead to long-term supply.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across different year groups as a cover supervisor
Maintain classroom order and manage behaviour effectively
Support students with classwork and encourage active participation
Follow the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies
Report back to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people (education, youth work, coaching, etc.)
Resilient and confident in managing challenging behaviour
Adaptable, proactive, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A good understanding of safeguarding practices in schools
