What You'll Do:

• Work 5 days per week supporting and teaching in a Year 2 class
• Teach the class independently 3 days/week with full planning guidance
• Work with the class teacher 2 days/week developing your skills

• Earn up to £32,000 while you learn

What You'll Need:

• Prior classroom experience as a TA, HLTA or similar
• A degree (or equivalent) - essential for progression onto QTS
• Dedication, resilience, and a passion for working with children
• Alignment with the values of Catholic education

Your Future:

After a successful year in school, you'll be offered a place on a fully funded Teacher Training programme (QTS) starting in September 2026 - based at the same school, with salary and mentorship included.
