Compliance Consultant
Location: South Africa - Somerset West (Office Based)
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm / 9:00am - 6:00pm (SA Time)
Start Date: Flexible
Reports to: Compliance Manager

We're growing our global compliance team and are looking for a highly organised Compliance Consultant who is passionate about detail, service, and making a difference. You'll help ensure our candidates are fully vetted and ready to make an impact in UK schools.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support candidates through the full vetting process
- Keep our records accurate and up to date
- Communicate with candidates to collect missing documents
- Help candidates understand what's needed and how long clearance will take
- Work with the sales and interview teams to speed up file completion
- Make regular calls to candidates and respond to queries
- Aim to meet weekly targets and contribute to team success
