We are currently recruiting for multiple English Teacher positions in secondary schools across Market Harborough, starting from September 2025. These roles range from full-time to part-time and are ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to make a strong start to their career.

About the roles:

  • Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (some KS5 opportunities available)

  • Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that spark curiosity and critical thinking

  • Helping students develop their literacy, analytical skills, and confidence in both spoken and written communication

  • Supporting with exam preparation and curriculum enrichment

  • Contributing to vibrant English departments and whole-school literacy initiatives

We're looking for:

  • Qualified English teachers (QTS or equivalent) - ECTs welcome to apply

  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for language and literature

  • Teachers who can create a positive, purposeful learning environment

  • Excellent communicators who work well as part of a team
