Tradewind Recruitment are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Broxtowe to appoint a Drama Teacher from September 2025. This is a long-term role for the full academic year, with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is a bonus, not essential)

  • A genuine passion for performing arts and inspiring creativity

  • Ability to build an inclusive, engaging classroom environment

  • Excellent planning, behaviour management, and assessment skills
