SEN Teacher - Bletchley, Milton Keynes - are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher seeking a rewarding new role this September? - Tradewind are working with an Ofsted 'Good' Secondary School in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, who are eager to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their inclusive education team.
***Experienced SEN Educator Required
***Long Term Position (full academic year) - with a view to Permanent
***MPS - UPS Pay Scale, dependent on experience

Are you a SEN Teacher that...
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (desirable)
- Has experience supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
- Has a strong understanding of EHCPs, IEPs and adapted educational planning
- Is Enhanced DBS Checked (application available for qualifying candidate)
- Is passionate about inclusive education and ensuring a tailored and positive outcome for all learners
- Is based in or commutable to Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Responsibilities include...
- Plan, prepare and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with additional needs across KS3 and KS4
- Collaborate with the SENCO, support staff, and external specialists to ensure student progress
- Monitor and review pupils' EHCPs and ensure provisions are implemented in line with school policy
- Maintain a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Promote holistic learning with academic and social growth at the heart of the school community
