Teaching Assistants Wanted - Exciting Opportunities Across Oldham

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible and rewarding work in the Oldham area? We are currently working in partnership with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Oldham, all seeking committed Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

We have a variety of day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements available. Many of these roles have the potential to lead to permanent positions for the right candidates.

About the Roles:

  • Roles available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2

  • Supporting whole-class learning, small group work, or one-to-one interventions

  • Opportunities to support pupils with SEND or additional needs

  • Flexible working patterns to suit your availability

  • Immediate and ongoing vacancies

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience supporting children, ideally in a school setting

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable

  • A proactive, flexible, and patient approach to learning support

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping pupils thrive

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
