What the Role Involves

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll join our Impact Academy training programme and learn how to:

• Interview and register teachers and education support staff
• Write professional CV profiles to market candidates effectively
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to placement
• Hit weekly targets and earn commission from day one
• Work alongside and learn from an experienced team dedicated to your success

This is a target-driven role in a high-energy environment - ideal for people who are confident, organised, and competitive.

• Competitive base salary of £28,000 - £30,000
• Realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 - £40,000+
