We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Unqualified PE Instructor in Blackpool!

This Blackpool Academy is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to support our physical education and activity programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to be active, can engage and motivate participants of all ages and abilities, and is eager to contribute to a positive and healthy environment.

About the Role: As an Unqualified PE Instructor, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive PE lessons and sports activities.

  • Supervising and guiding participants during practical sessions.

  • Promoting a positive and encouraging atmosphere for physical activity and healthy living.

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

  • Supporting the lead PE teacher/coordinator with various administrative tasks related to sports programs.

  • Potentially leading small group activities under supervision.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for PE and Sport: A genuine enthusiasm for physical activity, sports, and health.

  • Practical Skills: Strong practical abilities in a variety of sports and physical activities (e.g., football, basketball, gymnastics, athletics, dance).

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and motivate children/young adults, colleagues, and parents.

  • Positive Attitude & Energy: A proactive, enthusiastic, and encouraging approach.

  • Reliability & Punctuality: A strong work ethic and commitment to attendance.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.

  • Desirable (but not essential): Experience working with children or young people in a coaching, mentoring, or leadership capacity. First Aid qualification. Safeguarding training.

Location: Blackpool, Lancashire

Salary: ££99.84 per day PAYE (AWR paid from day 1).
