Are you a qualified and enthusiastic Science Teacher looking for your next role from September 2025? Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Wigan, who are seeking a committed Teacher of Science to join their team on a full-time basis for the full academic year.

The Role:

  • Full-time Science Teacher
  • Teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Supporting students of all abilities to reach their full potential
  • Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 in UK secondary schools
  • Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Effective classroom management and planning skills
  • A passion for Science education and student progress
