Our Manchester office is one of our most established and high-performing branches, and we're looking for our next generation of consultants to join the team.

What You'll Receive:

• £28,000-£30,000 starting salary

What is the Impact Academy?

Our Impact Academy is a comprehensive training programme that equips you with everything you need to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant in the education sector. You'll receive step-by-step guidance, practical coaching, and real-time support from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Interviewing and sourcing teaching and support staff for schools
• Writing engaging candidate profiles to promote to clients
• Collaborating with the sales team to place candidates into schools
• Meeting weekly activity and performance targets
• Earning commission on every successful placement

After Your First Year:

Once you've developed a strong foundation, you'll transition into a client-facing consultant role with further training in:

• Business development and client visits
• Rate negotiation and margin management
• Advanced compliance and safeguarding
• Managing long-term client relationships
• Time management and productivity strategies

You don't need prior recruitment experience - we're looking for people with the right attitude and work ethic. You might be a:
