Salary: M1-M6 (depending on experience)

What the Role Involves:
- Delivering a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum based on the EYFS framework
- Planning creative, play-based activities that stimulate learning and development
- Observing and assessing each child's progress to tailor teaching and support
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment where every child can flourish
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider school team
- Leading and collaborating with Nursery support staff to maximise impact
The Person We Are Looking For:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Early Years, ideally Nursery
- Has a deep understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
- Shows passion for delivering engaging and purposeful learning experiences
- Is proactive, reflective, and eager to contribute to whole-school initiatives
- Is committed to nurturing every child's individual potential and wellbeing
