Tradewind Recruitment are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Student Support Assistants (Teaching Assistants) to join supportive secondary schools across Hounslow. Starting in September 2025 and running through to June 2026, this 30-hour-per-week role is ideal for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in teaching.
About the Role
As a Student Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students' academic progress across multiple subjects
- Lead small group sessions and provide one-to-one support
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Work alongside teachers to deliver effective teaching strategies
- Support student well-being and build their confidence

Who We're Looking For
To be considered, you will need to:
- Hold a degree in any subject
- Be available from September 2025 to June 2026
- Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS check
- Provide references and a full employment/education history
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
