Job Title: PPA Teachers
Location: Borough of Newham, East London
Salary: £165 - £190 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term supply
Start Date: September 2025
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic, qualified PPA Teachers to join a vibrant network of primary schools across the London Borough of Newham.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or strong ECTs with QTS or a 4-year teaching degree who enjoy delivering high-quality lessons without the additional responsibilities of full-time class teaching. As a PPA teacher, you will work across different year groups, providing effective cover during teachers' planning and assessment time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum (EYFS-KS2).
- Follow school planning or create tailored lessons in line with curriculum objectives.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, supporting their learning and development.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment and uphold behaviour expectations.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Who should apply:
- Qualified teachers with QTS OR a recognised teaching qualifications which allows you to teach in a state Primary school (a four year degree).
