• £28,000 - £30,000 starting salary, depending on experience
• £35,000-£45,000+ first-year earnings through uncapped commission

What You'll Be Doing

In your first 6-9 months, your focus will be supporting our candidate pipeline:

• Interviewing teachers and support staff across Greater Manchester
• Writing standout profiles to present to schools
• Supporting consultants with candidate placements and team activity
• Building strong relationships with education professionals
• Learning the full recruitment lifecycle from the inside out
• Working towards clear, achievable goals - and being rewarded for success

Long-Term Career Path

Once you've built a solid foundation, you'll step into a full sales role, managing your own schools and growing your client base. We'll continue your development with:

• Advanced sales training and business development
• Account management and relationship building
• Recruitment law, compliance, and safeguarding
• Personal productivity and leadership development
