About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers to support students in and out of the classroom. You'll help deliver lessons, work one-to-one or in small groups, and contribute to a positive learning environment. Experience working with children is preferred but not essential - we're looking for enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• A degree (any subject, 2:2 or above ideal)

• A DBS on the Update Service (essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for supporting young people's education
