Special Needs Classroom Assistant - Warrington

Key responsibilities include:
Providing focused assistance to pupils with special educational needs
Supporting classroom activities tailored to individual learning plans
Encouraging independence and social development
Collaborating closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment
Helping manage behaviour in a calm, consistent manner
Building trusting relationships with pupils and their families
What you need to join Tradewind Education:
Genuine empathy and patience for children with SEN
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Legal right to work in the UK
References from your most recent two years of employment or relevant experience
