What You'll Do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

  • Interview and vet candidates for teaching and support roles
  • Write engaging profiles to promote candidates to local schools
  • Support experienced consultants with school placements and sales
  • Build relationships with educators and schools across Durham, Newcastle and surrounding areas
  • Meet performance targets and earn commission from day one
  • Learn the full recruitment cycle and education sector inside-out

About the Impact Academy

Tradewind's Impact Academy is one of the UK's most comprehensive graduate training programmes in recruitment. You'll receive structured coaching, hands-on experience, and 1:1 mentorship - ensuring you develop all the skills to thrive in this dynamic industry.

Your Career Progression

After your first year, you'll transition into a full 360° Recruitment Consultant role with your own client base. You'll receive advanced training in:
