Job Title: Daily Primary Supply Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and experienced Primary Supply Teachers to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons in various primary school settings.

We are looking for flexible and adaptable teachers who are available for short- and long-term assignments and daily supply. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both teachers and students alike.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality and dynamic classroom instruction in a variety of primary schools across Birmingham.

Manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment

Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student population

Plan, prepare, and evaluate lessons to a high standard

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student learning

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
  • Strong UK curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
